Refund Policy


As we never take any upfront fees, we refund the service fees is we fail your challenge during phase 2.

To be eligible for a refund you can’t post any negative reviews on Trust Pilot to defame us. Because when you join our service you are agree with the risk involve in trading. We always take fees after passing phase 1 and if we fail to complete phase 2 then we refund the fees.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase.


Once your issue is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Usually we process the refund within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
